November 15, 200916 yr I probably killed my first mithril at around your levels. It isn't a very hard thing to do. Normally I'd recommend you ZS them, but you might not be able to give up that defense. I'd still recommend meleeing them. You'd have to kill maybe 3 or so per trip because you're only hunting for a bone and you're not camping there or anything. So bring 3-4 ppots, a super set, an antifire, the rest food + a healing familiar if you can (you can also employ the drop-food trick to get a BoB with food).
