Zaaps1
Thanks guys! I started with Palms/Maples, switched to Palms/Yews and even did 1 or two runs with Magics over the summer. Near the end of the summer I was also considering getting 99 magic/smithing (neither of which happened btw, lol) so I went "low steam", using Pineapples and Willows. When I abandoned that goal, I switched back to Papayas/Maples and by the time summer had 1-2 weeks left I was back on Palms/Maples until I got 99. So 93-99 I did with Palms/Maples/Calquats and it took roughly 1.5-2 months. ~It's Super Effective! Zaaps1
In essence, I probably did end up spending over 100m. But in reality, I ended up with more money than I started with because of how spread out the costs were. Never once did I have to downgrade my farming program because I was running low on cash (only did that once to allow money for other projects). If you are going for 99 farming, trust me. Have the first 10-15 runs banked and the rest of the trip pays for itself. ~It's Super Effective!
