Under Rewards it states: "The final battle with Bork can be repeated every 24 hours."

and "You can simply enter the portal in room 1 again after the 24 hour time limit has expired."

 

To fight Bork you no longer have to wait 24 hours. The timer was changed and now you can fight him once a day just like the Phoenix Lair. Remember the 'day' is based on Jagex's time not necessarily a day to you.

 

For example, in my time zone, currently a new RS day begins at 7 PM. I can fight Bork at 11 AM and then again at 7 PM that same day for me, but it's a new "RS" day.

I have just confirmed this.

I kill Bork yesterday at 23:50pm, and I was just did it again at 00:29am

 

I'll take a look at guide and see what I can do. I'll post here when I've done that.
