I'm wondering how you create your own Community Blog on here. I see the tab, I'll click it, but It doesn't say create new topic or anything, someone wanna help me out? Thanks.

Go to "My Settings" and then click the "Blogs" tab. From there you have to accept the user agreement and you can start your own blog. ;)
