i have full bandos + torag help, whip d boots zerk ring fury.

 

and i'd be using chaost tunnels = wildy volcano

When you start to attack one, time how long it takes to kill it, do that maybe 5 times. Make sure you write down each individual time. Add up all the times when you're finished, then take the sum and divide it by 5. Take that number and divide it by 30, the answer is how many you would kill (on average) in 30 minutes, you can divide it by 60, 120, 180, etc. etc. Hope I helped. :)

yeah i was planning on doing that if i didn't get any rough answers but i'm just weighing up a few more things and am still doing stuff now so thought i might just ask anyway.

I forgot, as BladeWing pointed out, take into account Bank time. I assume you'll have some form of teleportation, so it's just the walk/run back. So maybe subtract a minute to a minute and a half from the end product.

wow that's pretty good like 600k an hour

I found using house teleport tabs to recharge prayer and then teleport to wildy volcano to bank was the fastest for me. As veracs skirt and average gear I could get enough prayer bonus to let me use offensive prayers the whole time and hitting about 1 to 8 points when I had a full inventory.

You might want to use super defense pots as even at high defense the black babies will hit pretty commonly.
