You can do anything with any amount of money, it's time that comes into a factor. Superglass Make will actually MAKE 300-500k/hr (So I've heard) but it's also annoying.

Could try Super heating gold ore into bars to get some magic and smithing exp as well. If you wear the Gauntlets you can get some extra smithing exp as well.

 

You could also try enchanting air orbs. It pretty AFK and you can make some money by selling the orbs.

With 15m you could Stun (with stealing creation hats). It's faster than most spells including Lunar and Alching.

it would cost me approximatly 27m or possibly slightly more to stun from 80-94 so its out of my price range. However, What about stunning until 86 then plank make til 94? or would plank make cost me even more?

If you didn't include SC items, you can and it would cut the cost down to 13-14m for the price. But if you don't like SC them it probably isn't the way for you.

 

Idk about costs, but you can get 130k exp/hr with Plank Make from what i hear.

I dont have a problem with sc as long as i dont need to spend like days and days getting the sc hats other than that im fine with using sc items.

how many SC hats would i need from 80-86? or at least how much xp is 1 hat worth so i can figure it out myself?

The RS Wiki says that the pieces give 33.3k exp each.

ok so i need about 48 sc hats from 80-86 which means if i can get about 20-24 points a game(i only gather never do combat unless i absolutley have to) it will probably take somewhere around 40 or so games? i really dont like sc that much but ill do it if i have to. Now on to the next question, how much would 86-94 cost me plank making?

So yes, it's possible because as said above, there are cheap or profitable ways to train magic. They are just extremely repetitive.

You will need to rely on difficult methods such as SC hat stunning, superglass make, etc. But while it is possible, it isn't practical. I could not see myself getting 6 million experience (which, you need to remember, will be about 150 hours of work using the cheap methods you will be using) by using such intensive work. But do not let my limits stop you. If you want it, you can do it. But that doesn't mean it will be easy.

 

Also I'd like to correct Cptbaker08, Plankmake is 150k+ xp/hr, not 130k+.

Ahh, thanks for that. I read it some where and wasn't to sure that it was 150k cuz that seems to high. But i guess its possible. And it sucks i'm so close yet so far from it.
