I have received a clue scroll to emote in the mountain camp. ok im not sure how to enter it. I found one path with a guard and he keeps saying stay there outlander. I have done the fremmy trials already. How else do you enter?

It relates to the mountain daughter quest.

 

Just before the guard you can head north on steep path onto the cliff above him. Then behind where the guard is there is a rock you can use a rope on tot climb down into the camp.

If you finish the Mountain Daughter quest, you can climb over that rock. It's a much easier way to get into the camp.
