I'd just like to point out that under 'The Fire Cape', it says, "...we offer our congratulations for killing one of the strongest monsters in Runescape..."

 

The 'one' and 'monsters' don't agree.

It's acknowledging that there is more than one strong monster, and the "one" is referring to the fact that this is one of them.

However, the above user is correct. There are multiple strong monsters in the game, and we're simply referring to it being "one" of them.
