On tip it it say's that for the quest - Recipe for disaster - you don't get a quest point for starting when that is not correct.

You recieve 1 quest point per part of the quest completed, that includes the final fight.

 

the parts:

-starting out

-dwarf

-pirate pete

-goblins

-skrach

-lumbridge guide

-evil dave

-sir amik varze

-awowogei

-final fight

 

all recieve only 1 quest point, for a total of 10 quest points.

The crew has known for a bit about the discrepancy between in-game quest points and the ones shown on our site when someone is only partway through Recipe for Disaster, but we've now pinpointed the problem thanks to you and it's been (we think) fixed!
