Using Fast MA, you can get ~12 ranks per hour.

 

So yes, it is a very long journey. The rings are, in my experience, very useful. The Lord Marshal outfit looks great and it's very impressive. You can buy all the rings and the full outfit by the time your rank is 300.

 

Does this mean it's worth it? Well, that's for you to decide.

Technically, no. You can get more than 12 ranks. Each game takes a minimum of 4 minutes, then add another 1 minute for the waiting room. That's a "max" of 12 games per hour.

 

Now if you win every single game, that's 24 ranks per hour. If you lose every single game, that's 12 ranks per hour. If you win 1/4 of the games, that's 15 ranks per hour.

 

But since you are using Fast MA for this, you'll experience crashers. Also, factor in longer-than-normal waiting time. 12/hr seems right.

I'm pretty sure Fast MA is now completely defunct. Just go on the 4 person start world and just suicide and you'll be good.
