Prayer & Falador diary 3

This may be an obvious question...but is this the best time to get 70 prayer? (because seeing how hard it is to buy d bones and that people are selling them 10kea with junk, idk if they'll continue to rise or if they will start falling again)

 

And with the diary, is it possible to boost my prayer from 62-70 using the Oo'glog spa and talk to the guy to chance my symbol to saradomin?

 

And is it possible for me to kill a skeletal wyvern (using rings of recoil, vengeance from friends, etc...) and get the kill count for the diary?

I'm sure if you had enough time and friends it would be.

 

But if you were planning on doing this on a skiller, no.
