The fairy ring code D J Q is listed under the dud codes. It goes to the southern part of the ancient cavern, right in the middle of the waterfiends.

Thanks for pointing this out. Are you sure that's the correct code to the caverns? Several players tested the code and it didn't lead anywhere. Would you mind providing a screen of the fairy ring code in your "code directory" to be sure?

The new fairy ring code is B J Q, and was already added to the Fairy Ring Map http://tip.it/runescape/?page=fairy_ring_map.htm as well as the Getting Around Guide.
