December 8, 200916 yr This has Gp/Xp rates for making potions from start. http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Calculators/Potions This has Gp/Xp rates for unfinished potions only needing one more step. http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Calculators/Unfinished_potions I would use those to figure out which is the best for you. Through once you get to 84 you can start to try the extreme potions.
December 8, 200916 yr Do extreme potions once you can do them. Restore special is one of the cheapest options out there, and one of the fastest atm. Extreme super set is more expensive, but dont forget you get a useful potion back (as long as you dont make 10k of them). A Guide to Chinning in Ape atoll: up to 325kxp/h!
