Thanks for the fast replies guys. I calcuate that works out to around 250k cash an hour for rocktail

so 4 hours of rocktails is about a mil, and 150k exp give or take.

4 hours of barbarian is around 200k exp and 20k exp in agility. I make about a mil an hour so I presume I should stick with barbarian since the time saved canceles out that money but i gain free agility exp.

Well, it's really a personal choice. There's a trade-off there; I personally would find rocktail an easy choice, except that I hate Agility. :)

If you value money and XP equally, rocktail is a no-brainer. They catch very quick even when you can just barely get them.

I outline several different variations on leaping fish catching and have full tables comparing various alternatives in my Skill Optimization Guide (which is where I got the numbers from that I put here), but that's a member's only feature of my site so I can't duplicate the whole thing here.

i get 45-50k ish range mostly watching tv or videos not using the catch window to drop the fish for optimization. so lots of room for optimization i can use but choose not to just for convinience really. I personnaly extremely hate every agility course if tried, so a benefit of leaping to 80 agil and almost 99 fish is I can start right away on high level courses for future agility training

Rocktail are 45k xp per hour and can vary by +-2-3k per hour considering the spots move and you can be attacked by living rock creatures. Use world 84 to not be attacked as much. Its worth doing rocktail i think because of the money.
