Hey, i want to do within the light but i'm missing the right fletching level. Is it possible to use a fletching potion at lvl 67 to complete the quest?

You can't boost the agility requirement, so I would assume you can't boost the fletching one either. If it lets you start the quest without the right level it can probably be boosted.

IMO just get it up, it won't take long

Finally on here to update that I have officially quit! It's been fun.
