Hi guys. I have a very strange Java problem.

 

I did a fresh install of Windows 7 today and I'm still having issues.

 

When I play RuneScape in HD, it runs perfectly and doesn't cause any problems, but as soon as I go into SD, the framerate really decreases and it becomes really choppy.

 

In SD, it's as if Java isn't kicking in so it's acting as unsigned Java, but in HD, Java will kick in and work.

 

My specs are :

 

E4600 @ 3.00Ghz

4GB DRR2 Ram

HD 4870 512MB Graphics card

500GB HDD

 

If anyone could help me with this issue, it'd be appreciated.

it's kinda weird that HD works but SD doesn't. :blink:

Yes, I have the correct Java version. SD Works, but it's just really choppy.

 

Do you think it could be something to do with Software/hardware acceleration?
