Hello. Yes, I have the correct Java version. SD Works, but it's just really choppy. Do you think it could be something to do with Software/hardware acceleration?

Hi guys. I have a very strange Java problem. I did a fresh install of Windows 7 today and I'm still having issues. When I play RuneScape in HD, it runs perfectly and doesn't cause any problems, but as soon as I go into SD, the framerate really decreases and it becomes really choppy. In SD, it's as if Java isn't kicking in so it's acting as unsigned Java, but in HD, Java will kick in and work. My specs are : E4600 @ 3.00Ghz 4GB DRR2 Ram HD 4870 512MB Graphics card 500GB HDD If anyone could help me with this issue, it'd be appreciated. Thanks.

Nope, I'm on an 8MB internet connection. I'm getting FPS problems, not lag. Please notice that these are different things.

Hi guys, Since returning back to RuneScape and using the new HD version I've noticed that RuneScape isn't as smooth as it should be. My specs - Core 2 Duo E4600 4GB DDR2 Ram HD 4870 512MB Graphics card Using Windows Vista Ultimate 64-Bit Is their a certain setting that seems to make the FPS much lower? I turned shadows off and it helped a bit. I can play new games on this PC fine without a problem, all my drivers are up to date etc. Any information appreciated. Cheers

Even when I search the hiscores with my old name (Denic13) they still don't show up. Hmm.

I have my Xbox 360 for them sort of games :D But I just wanted to get back into the MMO aspect recently. Since my name change, my stats aren't showing up on high score list anymore.

Since I've been away from RuneScape, I've played WoW and got 5 high level characters and completed most content. Got bored. Played Eve online, got bored. Played Warhammer online, got bored. Played Darkfall online. Got bored. No matter what, a game you play for a long time will get boring, that's the reason I quit RuneScape last time, but because I've been away from it for so long it feels like I'd enjoy it again. ^^

Hello guys. It's been 2 years since I last played RuneScape and I can't believe how much things have changed. It feels like a totally different game with the new graphics engine, trading system etc. To me it actually feels like an MMO now, so good job Jagex. Has their been any other major updates that I should know about? I don't really feel like trawling the list of update pages just to find the best bits. What's the best skill or method for making cash now? I used to do a lot of barrowing in the old days and it used to get me a nice bit of cash, but as far as I'm aware it isn't anywhere near as good anymore. Any information would be appreciated. Cheers

Wow only one point per task... How many points do you get for the bonus one? If I need to get 800 points it'd take ages.

I aren't getting points for these tasks? It says I gained 0 points.

Ok thanks, I think I'm understanding now lol. Keep doing 9 Canifs and on the 10th one do Duradel until I've got 800 points, then go straight duradel.

I've just done Icthlarins little helper and smoking kills... Reminds me of how much I hate questing. So doing the first 9 tasks with Canifis slayer master then the 10th with Duradel for the points, then just stick with Duradel?

Hi guys. I'm currently 85 mage and I plan on getting 99 mage. I was told that high alching would be the best way to get XP, however I want to know what'd be the best thing to alch. Obviously they'd have to be easy to get from the GE... I know I'm going to make a loss as I want to buy the nats and the things I'm going to high alch... I don't want to make any of the items. Any information is appreciated. Thanks

What's all this talk about slayer points? I've been away from RS for 2 years.

106 combat but don't know which slayer master would be better to use. Which ones do you guys use? The one in Shilo or the one in Zanaris?

Sorry to go a little bit off topic but I've only recently returned to RuneScape after a LONG break. I hear people saying green dragons are alot of money, but what are you actually selling off them, there hides? And where is the best place to kill them? Cheers
