Can anyone give me any idea where abouts I can find this troll thistle? I've been running around the 5 grass patches outside his house like said in the guide looking for them but there is never a "search" or anything option so I don't know where to find it.

 

Any help would be appreciated ^^

The thistle is next to one of the grassy areas, not actually in it (at least that's how it is for me right now). When you find it and hover your mouse over it, you will get the option to 'pick thistle'.

I'm not sure it's that quest, but sometimes I also can't find things of the guide ingame, but when I change my graphics to high detail, instead of standard, I seem to find things much more easy. Maybe that's a good idea to do too, if you don't have it already.
