Tough I can't give you exact answers on how many you can kill seeing it has been quite a while since I done it. But you can usually 6-8 hit a dragon. Traveling takes a solid 90-100 seconds. I recon you can kill quite a few. Do collect the hides and sell them to buy more bones. It is going to be a slow experience if you take just the bones. Your better of doing zogre coffins in that case.
