Fastest 80-82 Mage method?

I would try string jewellery from the lunar spellbook.Just buy gold amulets without strings and buy astral runes twice as many as you bought amulets.Use a mud staff when casting.

you could stun all the way i know its fairly decent xp about 150-250k xp per hour just get -10 magic attack so you dont hit and have a mud staff and stun watever you feel like.

When you say stun which spell do you mean? Like confuse, weaken, or curse? Or is it in a different spell book?

There are higher versions of those spells, stun being the highest and thus giving the best exp. Stunning mage dummies in lumby with a mud staff and SC (Sacred Clay) hat is what I did from 80-82 mage personally so I'd definitely recommend it.
