I waited until I had dagganoths as my slayer assignment to start this quest. Combination of Balmung with Slayer's Helm made cutting thru the massive number of dagganoths much easier and short work of sentinels. Final battle with Mother remained food intensive though because she didn't seem to melee often.

That'd be better in this forum. It is a pretty good suggestion though.

I was lucky and had dags as my current assignment when the quest came out, so I got through nearly half of my assignment just from doing this quest. Made things a lot easier. :) But yes, this should go in the forum Vulxai suggested.
