January 9, 201016 yr Title and description says it all. I heard from friend it's used in intervals of 1 minute. So you can wear it about 1 minute without worrying to waste degrading.. This means also that if you just equip it for 1 special (or special bar) it will get used for 1 minute time anyway. I don't quarantee this, though :P
January 9, 201016 yr Well i hear you can get 60 specs out of one before it degrades. Each time you take it out to spec, even if you don't have it out that long, a minute gets taken off.
