Tecmaster Posted January 10, 2010 Share Posted January 10, 2010 Not a big thing but I noticed that in the achievement capes guide it says that the wishlist of the Rag and Bone man quest must be completed to obtain the quest cape. An update on August 10, 2009 changed it so that the wishlist was not required to obtain the quest cape.
