Chaos Elemental (Monster hunting guide)

Here is another way I use to kill the chaos elemental and also keep revs off pretty easily.

 

Use same ranged/melee inventory and guide ( inventory and what items to wield/wear)

While you kill have a cannon placed on top of the hill or by the trees (remember the more cannons the faster the kills)

Not only does this add significant damage to the chaos elemental it attacks the revs when they are far off and kills them pretty easily.

At the moment, we have the following note in the guide's 'Tips and Tricks' section:

 

If you like, you can set up a Dwarf Cannon to attack the Chaos Elemental. While this helps, unless you are lucky with drops, it is usually not a very cost-efficient option.

 

Cannon usage wasn't expanded upon in the guide since it generally is too much of a hassle (cannonballs are expensive, use of the cannon requires that you sacrifice 5 inventory spaces, you're forced to reload the cannon continuously while being teleported around, etc, etc...). While there are some advantages to using one, we feel that the problems caused at the same time more or less outweigh the benefits.

 

Because of this, I'm afraid we won't be updating the guide with this information, however, we thank you for the suggestion and the time you took to post it here. :)
