Does anyone know what a "Browser Plus" program is? I've found it on my computer multiple times, with windows telling me that "New programs have been installed."

 

It's appeared enough that it seems to be doing nothing, but can anyone give me a clear idea as to what it is? Usually when I see it I uninstall it, which it seems to do easily enough. I have an odd feeling it's from Yahoo!
