Need help contacting Jagex

Hi, I've recently been having a heck of a time trying to recover this account. I thought I would have it this time, but here is the message I get back.

I gave 100% accurate information, and before, there were specific reasons like. "Your creation details were not accurate enough...." and what not

This time, theres no reason that the recovery should be denied.

 

Could someone post this on a thread on Jagex's "Contact Jagex" forum please?

I'm not too sure what the situation is. I'm pretty sure you can post on the forums since the update where Jagex allows "qualifying" non-members to post. I think you have access to the forums as long as your total XP is at least 25m. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure you can post on the forums now.

You just need 12.5 mil xp to post but yes after that even f2p'rs can post there.
