Looking for this specific cursor

I'm looking for the cursor in this screenshot. I saw it on a video, but I can't find out where to get this cursor or what to even search for.

Basically, when you click on something, it makes an expanding ring around the pointer.

If someone knows where to safely get this, let me know.

Mayn U wanna be like me but U can't be me cuz U ain't got ma swagga on.

It isn't an actual cursor.

If you're on a windows computer:

Go to Start

Control Panel

Mouse

Pointer Options

Then check the box marked 'show location of the cursor when I press the CTRL key'

Then you can just press CTRL and the rings will appear.

It's most definitely a .ani cursor that doesn't come with Windows. It isn't what you just told me. It's a black pointer that shows a colored expanding ring every time you click something. The color of the ring can vary. I've seen blue (as in the example pic) and a green one. I can't find out where people download them, though.

In a lot of video recording programs there is an option you can use that makes said ring after a click. That might be what it is?

#1 Wongtong stalker.

Im looking for some No Limit soldiers!

Like jaerk said, it's very likely it's just video-recording software that adds that effect.
