also were are the best spots to train. and i forgot to mention im not ridicoulasly rich so id like to have some range gear thats not way expensivce

Honestly, do not get any attack or strength levels if you do higher level pking. With the turmoil prayer, people who use it against will actually benefit off your higher atk and str levels.

To be a range tank you don't need any strength or attack levels but you may want to get them to a lower level jsut for training defence purposes.

I'd say 80+ range and defence before you start pking.

Also get at least 44 prayer for eagle eye.

For equipment for trainging just use the best d hide you can, snakeskin boots, archers helm, bronze knives or magic short with bronze/iron/steel arrows.

Pking equipment will all depend on your budget and stats when those come around.

As for quests i couldnt help you much because i dont do many quests and the ones i have idr them lol.

Gl luck, ultimate goal is 99range, defence,hp, and magic for max range tank.

i would just go for low lvl att and str lvl

and get some magic lvls

and get good def 40+

the quest you should do would be dragon slayer for the greenhide and rune plate if you are going to be f2p

if so get to 41 magic best way to lvl yould got to fog (fist of gutix) and just play and train mage the whole time untill 41 and then might be able to have the point for the rune bebserker shield which is good for stats as str and def and when done with that i trained at red spiders cuz hills are was to hard for training and when you think you can kill moss gaints and not spend alot of food i would go with them good for earth rune which they are somewhat good to make money off of in f2p and when you kill moss gaints just work on prayer untill lvl 43 for melee prayer wihch that helps when trying to kill people high lvl then you :)

First: Improve your English. No one like a ------ bringing down tanks' reputation.

Second: If you want to be a cheapskate, don't bother making a tank.

Now, onto the tips:

1. Make you're range / magic based. No one likes a wannabe fail tank.

2. Get 99 range/mage/def/prayer/hp/summoning.

Armor:

Torags / Verac's Helm

Black D'hide body

Black D'hide legs / Torag's / Verac's

You can figure out the rest.
