Salad Posted February 4, 2010 Share Posted February 4, 2010 I ordered an Amazon Gift Card for amazon.com from a site and got it this morning. I tried to enter it at amazon.ca but it didn't work, so I want to amazon.com and I got 30$ balance. Now, when I try to order a product, I enter all my info and stuff, but when I want to click on "Continue" to complete my offer, it tells me "Please enter your payment information to continue. I clearly selected that I wanted to use the Gift and promotional balance but it doesn't work. I google'd it and it told me to make an account on payments.amazon.com, so I went there but when I try to sign up, it put the country to United States and I can't change it. It really makes me mad because I just wanted to order a game from amazon and now I may have lost my 30$ :evil: If anybody could help me it would be great.
