February 8, 201016 yr O.k so i was looking at the special calculaters and saw the combat lvling one, i was wondering how does the lvling work. it says i can go up 56 range lvls 3 hp or 2 att/str. does that mean i can go up 55 range then 2 str before i level up?
February 8, 201016 yr Basically... 56 range lvl = 1 cb lvl3 hp/ def lvls = 1 cb lvl2 att/str lvls = 1 cb lvl
February 8, 201016 yr No, it tells you how many levels in a skill or skills you must get to obtain a combat level. ~It's Super Effective! February 8, 201016 yr Combat is based off a complex formula that different stats effect differently Eg prayer and summoning take about 8 lvls per combat level.Defence and Hp give slightly less combat levels than bases of combat forms. The bases of combat form are att/str, range and mage. Your combat is based off of 1 of these at any given time based on what would give you the highest combat level. In your case you are melee based (hence att/str factor in) however you are low enough level you can still become range based by gaining 56 levels Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue

You need a hell of alot of range levels to gain a combat level because your melee based, if you were to get those 56 levels you'd be ranged based. Steer clear of all the formulas and junk...way too confusing lol
