From what I've seen w/o digging too deep, jagex is suing them over copyrights that they feel were stolen by the defendant...probably has something to do with that new video game they were talking about releasing... Only Jagex has the right to make cheats for Runescape, and the same goes for the makers of other games. If someone else writes software that allows people to cheat and sells it to people (which is what the defendants in this case are doing) then that is copyright infringement, which means the makers of the game can sue them.
