Avast says mIRC is a virus?

When I ran a virus scan. Avast said mIRC was a virus. There was two of them the location of them (before moving to the vault) was C:\Program Files\mIRC and C:\Users\joseph\Downloads

The Virus description is Win32:Mirc-Z [PUP] (for the two of them).

 

So what's wrong?
