76 -> 99 fishing~

So, after deciding I'm going to do lobsters to 99 fishing, I wanted to know how many lobsters I could catch per hour and how many hours I'll be expecting to chill out in the Fishing Guild.

I'm a little confused. Your profile says you're F2P, but you mention that you'll be handing out at the fishing guild.

 

In any case, lobsters are definitely not what you want to be doing if you're P2P. Barb fishing or monks would be a more suitable choice.

 

If you're actually F2P, then go with fly fishing.

I would agree with above. If you're members monkfish is 30xp more per and doesn't take much longer than lobster per load. Not to mention they're worth more. I topped out around 60-65k per hour doing monkfish in the high 90's so you can go down from there. Fly fishing and barbarian may be faster XP but with monkfish you can make some pretty good money.

About 232 lobsters per hour and 562 hours to get from your current exp to 99. I took an average fishing time of 7 minutes per inventory, which may be faster/slower than what you actual fish.
