Slayer Assignment

Just got 75 Goraks for my slayer assignment...

Reading what I did from the Tip.it Bestiary, it seems like it would be a good task to skip.

 

Skip yes or no?

 

If no, what equipment is suggested?

There pretty fast.

I love killing them in the GWD and killing sara mages when I'm waiting for them to spawn. Its a nice way to boost the profit of the task and the sara/arma npc's help you kill goraks.

They are pretty fast with at fairy ring location and close to the bank.

 

High defence and melee. Take some cheap food with me + bunyip, and bank when necessary.That's what I used to do. If I remember correctly.

Do not skip these. Very good gem drops and key halves. In one task of 48 I got a full crystal key, one extra teeth half, 2 diamonds, ~8 rubies, 5-6 emeralds, and ~14 sapphires. You can also take the Gorak's claw for cheap Herblore exp.

A good thing to remember is if you're going to do your task at the fairy ring location is to stay close to the fairy ring if you're running low on HP. I never skip this task.
