When I see Slayer pictures, sometimes in the chat box I'll see it saying "you have blah blah left to kill" or something like that. How do people get that? Item? From a quest? I've searched Tip.It but I guess not enough if I can't find anything on it.

it's a slayer gem that you can buy from any slayer master. Tells you how many kills you have left.

Ahh bah.

I always clicked on the gem and talked to the slayer to get kills left, never bothered to see if there was a right click.

The Slayer Ring has this option as well, and the combat bracelet, when charged and equipped, automatically notifies you every 10 kills or so.
