If anybody could post some ways to train crafting to 99(along with costs), I'd be grateful. Tried google.

Basically the only thing not mentioned in Morionic's spreadsheets is Superglass Make. It maxes at around 600 casts an hour, and 78k crafting exp, 46k magic exp, and 850k gp per hour (Prices change, but it's stabilized at around 1500-1600 gp a cast.
