80 Prayer is what I need for my next combat level, and Leech Defence is level 80, I've never really used curses that much or know a ton about their uses but I was wondering if Leech Defence is useful, if it's not I'm not going to get it because I don't feel like getting anything more than 80 Prayer at the moment.

most monsters don't have high enough defence to justify leech defence

some boss monsters this may be useful for if you're fighting with teammates, and perhaps some monsters like mithril dragons if you're ranging

otherwise, it's not worth it.
