The Varrock Museum guide says that the maximum amount of Kudos a player is able to gain is 173, but if you walk into the museum it says 183. I don't know when this happened, just wanted to point it out

What Paw_Claw said is correct. Completing the Shattered Heart statue in the Varrock Museum earns you the new 10 kudos.
