Question is in the title, If you say "Alching", please tell me the best item to alch.

 

Also.. from 77, I was thinking of doing Superglass Make which gives profit aswell as Magic XP, but my friend told me enchant Diamond Bolts is good aswell, which method gives the best overall profit?

i personally love super glass make, however there are two problems with it. it is not very fast xp (infact quite slow) and the profit is limited by the cost of astrals. i have never tried enchanting diamonds bolts but id expect it to be faster and easier.
