With void (10% att+str) and SS, Piety, and Extremes, I was getting up to 120 per hour, and might possibly get a bit more as well if I repotted more often). Also at maxed melee stats. With your stats, setup, and at least Super Potions, I'd say probably around 80 per hour.

March 14, 201016 yr Tbh 70 mage is all you need. You'll do fine. They have paper mage defense. If you want an extremely simple efficiency calc, 110k mage xp = ~1 hour of magic training elsewhere, 60k hits xp = ~1 hr of PC/SW for hp xp, 220 crims of xp = 2 hours at waterfiends. So 1 hour at rock lobs = 4 hours. You can see where I'm going with this. ~It's Super Effective!
