Here are the mask parts as displayed in the inventory for you:

 

I order of Mask Part 1 to Mask Part 5.

Their examines are all " One of five parts of the Mask of Dragith Nurn"

 

 

Mask of Dragith Nurn - "The magic mask of the undead necromancer Dragith Nurn"

 

The three new weapons you get from the quest:

 

 

Reese's Sword - "Old, battered, and not very sharp"

Kayle's Shortbow - "A heavy and unwieldy wooden bow"

Caitlin's Staff - "A spell casting aid; barely more than an ornamental stick"

 

300 Quest Point Reward:

 

 

Helmet of trials - "A helmet of epic accomplishment for a hero with 300 Quest Points"
