Just got em as a task. Dunno how I should kill em. I'm guessing that you'll finish the task 10x faster if you mage them instead of melee.

EIther way, could someone show me setups and inventories to take to kill em? Oh, and I only have about 12m to spend on gear.

I won't advise you on inventory equipment but:

 

1 wolpertinger + 30 scrolls per hour

and about 7-9 prayer potions(4) per hour, depending on prayer bonus and what not

runes for 800-1200 fire surge casts per hour

 

Dunno about how accurate spells are against ice wyrms, So I can't exactly tell you if you're better off wearing prayer boosters as opposed to certain magical items

nor would I know much of anything about staff of light + battle robe combos besides them saving 65% of your runes or what not.
