If you drop some of the books in your bank, will your POH bookcase continue to keep those books? Or does the POH bookcase depend directly on the bank?

yes, your bookcase will continue to keep all books even if you drop them.

What the above poster said... So don't bother wasting space in the bank when your POH will store and organize the books better then your bank could!

Any readable book that's been in your inventory will appear in your POH bookcase. With the exception of certain quest books.
