Solo Arma Questions

-- Just wondering if it would make sense to bring a spec weapon to solo arma. Dark bow + recover spec pots?

With magic you don't have to worry too much about keeping your magic boosted, so it reduces the need for overloads... or if you really care about boosting it, you can use restores + wolpertinger. Bringing SOL means you can also tank Kree's melee hits, so you don't have to worry too much about reattacking her every hit.

1) No. Just use your rune crossbow.

2) No. Kree has high magic defence.

Try the SoL-- usually one person tries using unconventional methods for things like this, [bleep]s it up, then reports that the method was bad, rather than the user. (For example, everybody thought that mage was poor against TDs when it's probably the most lethal). I wouldn't be surprised if SoL works wonders on Kree.

 

I wouldn't bother using the dark bow, though-- probably not worth the inventory space for dragon arrows, the dark bow, and spec pots when you could put food/pray pots in those spaces instead. And you'd have to pick between the dark bow spec and SoL spec too.

^I'd try a lot of these methods out, but all my cash right now is dedicated to getting overloads + turmoil :S

I would use an enhanced excalibur at Arma. Unless you're going with the SoL and mage, of course. :wink:
