I've always used whip + fally shield 3 for prayer bonuses.Cause I figured once they're unaggressive I hardly ever have to pray with my stats - whenever my hitpoints drop enough to warrant another EE spec the bar is filled to 80% again: so I effectively only pray 20% of the time! It's best to constantly pray prot melee and pick up circular hides and alch fremmy helms + fremmy sword. March 29, 201016 yr CT Dags = absolutely use whip; balmung is way to slow. I'm wondering about the same, but for supreme.I suggest whip, balmung is way to slow; even if you're hitting 50s or 60s it still doesn't compare to to whip when killing Supreme fast. Suggest a poll for Tip.it - Here!
