It's identified as a virus, but F-Secure never deletes it. Puts it into quarantine, but never deletes it. My computer seems fine, but I have no idea what this virus is. If so, this is a false positive given by F-Secure's heuristic scanner, the "gemini" file is a rootkit detector.
