For the diaries do you have to upgrade from the first reward up? For example I have the stats for the hard seers tasks but not for the medium tasks. If I complete the hard tasks without doing the medium or easy tasks do I still get the reward? Thanks

No, you have to do easy ones first

You must get the easy reward first, and then the medium reward before you can claim the hard reward.
