it was mainly the uruguayans holding up play, seriosuly, the aussie were taking knocks left right centre, and pretty much got straight up, while the uruguayans just stayed down for 5 minutes, i was listening to 2gb radio, and they were saying smart arse comment like they should be paying rent because they've stayed on the ground for so long.

Hehe that is classic! :lol: Yeah its one of the few reasons why I get turned off by soccer. Its just not right to lay on the ground like that off a little knock. Its just another form of cheating.

It does though give the sport a some what of a "dark side." Diving and acting like a little 7 year old school girl won't really do much to convert the people (like myself) to the game.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But I am still quite happy that we won and that we are going to Germany! :D
