never had to kill these guys, just got for my slayer task, whats the easiest/safest way to kill these?

Their drops are terrible, so if you can skip, do that.

 

Otherwise, it's just like any old dragon. Anti-Dragon shield and a decent one handed weapon. Anitfire and Prayer potions in inventory.
