Hey, im thinking about getting my herblore up a bit so i can make some extrem str/atk potions to speed my slayer training a bit.

Thing im wondering is how high herblore level should i get to be able to stew up to 89? I know that the best possible boost from evil stew is 6 levels but what is the chance of getting that?
